Upon arriving at our office, you will be greeted by warm and friendly faces, and asked to fill out any necessary paperwork for us to understand your overall health as well as your oral health. Some of the paperwork is located on our site for you to fill out at home to save you time.
If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card or insurance information with you. This helps us properly submit your claims for your convenience. We also ask for you to bring a current X-Rays from your previous dentist if you are able. They can also be sent to us in one of two ways.

Dr. Schultz and our Hygienists will take the time to not only get to know your mouth, but you as well! It is important to build trust with your dentist in order to feel comfortable when being treated.
A thorough examination with any necessary X-Rays / Records will be done to evaluate your oral health. Your cleaning will most likely be done on this day as well, as long as no greater periodontal treatment is needed.
With all of the information we collect, a treatment plan will be customized for you if any treatment is needed. We are happy to answer any questions, and explain all treatment procedures to you. Dr. Schultz and her team want to make sure that you understand your oral health to keep your smile bright and healthy!
