Schultz Family Dental Covid-19 Safety Measures

Dr. Schultz and her staff are going above and beyond to keep everyone who comes into our office safe and healthy! Some new features you may see are:

Barriers between the front desk and waiting room
More PPEs or personal protective equipment used by our staff and the Doctor
Air purifiers throughout the office
Greater use of the high suction to reduce aerosols, with new attachments
Professional UV sanitation in our HVAC system
Fogging the air between each patient

We are also implementing new protocols to limit the number of patients in the office at a time, as well as screening patients over the phone and on arrival. Dr. Schultz’s first priority during this time is taking care of her patients and staff.

We ask each patient to wear a mask to their appointment, and please reschedule if you have any covid symptoms or have been exposed.

Meet Dr. Lauren Schultz

Park Ridge Family Dentist

Dr. Lauren Schultz was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. She then continued on to Dental school at Marquette University School of Dentistry through the pre-dental scholars’ program to receive her D.D.S.

In order to best serve her patients, and continue her education, she completed a 1 year General Practice Residency at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT, where she received invaluable experience in emergency treatment as well as treating special needs and medically compromised patients.

Dr. Schultz has a wonderful little family of her husband Tim, their daughter Julianna, and their golden retriever Penny! She loves crafting, traveling, and cheering on the Cubs, Blackhawks, and Marquette Golden Eagles! She also is an avid Disney and Harry Potter fan.

Dr. Schultz loves dentistry. She became a dentist to dispel the stigma that the dentist has to be a nerve-wracking experience. She does this in her office by giving patients the time they need to feel comfortable, by educating them on their oral health and treating each person as an individual. She loves taking care of the whole family from as young as 18 months to as old as 102 years old! Her goal is not only to take care of your oral health but to make you feel welcome and at home in her office!
