We accept most PPO Dental Insurance plans. Once we have your insurance information, we will prepare and submit all of the necessary forms. We remind you, that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier, not between your insurance carrier and our office. We make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we will do our best to see that you receive the maximum insurance benefits. Know that most dental insurances do not provide 100% coverage. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits offer less coverage than anticipated. If you would like to know what your expected coverage would be in advance of any proposed treatment, we can submit a pre-treatment estimate that will generally take 4-6 weeks.
